A thigh length top with double layer skirt, double layer bodice
and long sleeve.
The under layer is a full skirt with a full overlayer, divided in the middle to create a beautiful line as it falls into soft peaks at the hemline.
The double layer bodice length is above the waist and the sleeve has a slight bell shape At the wrist.
This top is great on cooler days over pants or leggings.
